The terms and policies that govern how VoiceQuest is used and how we handle data. Last updated July 2026.

Terms of use

By accessing this website or using the VoiceQuest platform, SDKs, or APIs (the "Services"), you agree to these terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.

Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the conduct of any end users you enable through your integration, and for obtaining any consents required to process their data in your jurisdiction.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the data you and your end users provide. You grant VoiceQuest the limited rights needed to operate the Services for you — for example, to store de-identified memory and relationship state. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Sovereignty pages.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to build surveillance systems, to identify individuals without a lawful basis, to target children in violation of applicable law, or to attempt to re-identify de-identified data. We may suspend access for violations that put end users at risk.

Warranties and liability

The Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Specific commitments, service levels, and liability terms for paying customers are set out in the applicable order form or master agreement, which controls in the event of a conflict with these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the revised terms.
