How VoiceQuest collects, uses, and protects data — for our website, our platform, and the devices built on it. Last updated July 2026.
This policy explains how VoiceQuest ("we") handles personal data. It covers two audiences: visitors to this website and the businesses that integrate our platform, and the end users those businesses serve through our technology.
When you visit voiceq.ai we collect basic analytics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) and any information you submit through forms or email — for example, your name and message when you request a demo. We use this to respond to you and to improve the site.
When a business integrates VoiceQuest, the platform processes voice interactions to provide identity, memory, and relationship features. On edge deployments, biometric voiceprint data stays on the device. In the cloud we retain de-identified memory (facts and preferences tied to an anonymous ID) and relationship signals (familiarity, frequency, milestones) needed to deliver continuity across sessions.
We use data to operate and secure the Services, to provide the memory and relationship features our customers integrate, to support customers, and to comply with legal obligations. We process end-user data as a service provider on behalf of the integrating business, under that business's instructions and its own privacy notice to its users.
We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform (such as cloud hosting), under contracts that require appropriate safeguards; when required by law; or as part of a business transfer. We never sell personal data.
We keep de-identified memory only as long as the integrating business maintains an active relationship record, or as instructed by that business. Website enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond and for our records. Biometric data on devices is governed by the settings the device maker and parent or user configure.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. End users of a VoiceQuest-powered product should start with that product's provider; we will support them in fulfilling verified requests. You can also reach us directly at ops@voiceq.ai.
Products built on VoiceQuest for children are designed to keep raw voice data on the device and to give parents control. See our Child-Safety Commitments for how this maps to COPPA, BIPA, and related requirements.
